Game Recap

The James Clemens Jets finished out area play with an impressive 59-7 win over the Huntsville Panthers on Friday. A stifling defense continued to show why it is one of the state’s best by scoring three touchdowns, two off interception returns and another off of the return of a blocked punt. For four weeks in a row the Jets have scored defensively.

The offense was equally impressive only needing four plays to score on the opening drive and never really looking back scoring three TDs rushing and two passing.

Next week James Clemens will host Hamilton in a televised game by the Raycom Media network. The Jets will host a playoff game for the first time in school history on Thursday, November 5th against either Hoover, Hewitt Trussville, or Vestavia Hills who are still locked in a three way tie for second in region play.
